Currently there are only a few driving schools in the state that have qualified to be trained and administer the states Office of Motor Vehicles road skills test. First their driving school (Examiner) must qualify beyond those requirements set by the state for a 36 Hour Driver Educational School. Second, each instructor/employee who satisfactory applies and completes the training becomes a state agent to administer the road skills test to the public.
