Drivers Education Complaint

The DSAL is concerned about our industry in Louisiana. Any complaint that you have about a commercial or public school driver educational program concerns the DSAL.

We would hope like any reputable business and institution that the driving school program would be able to take care of any complaints about its program, instructor, etc. on its own. However, there are driving school owners and school boards that don't.

Please feel free to share any complaints that you may have and we will submit this to the DSAL Ethics Committee.

If you haven't filed an official complaint with the driving school or high school, you should do so first. Second, if there is no remedy that is reasonable made, please use this form and contact us through this website.

Please understand that DSAL is not obligated to act upon any information shared by a driving school or any private of public school system, parent of a teen or teenager. This data is used to record if complaints are being made about driving schools or driving instructors by other driving schools, parents of teen students or teen/students.
